BPD is property investment company established in 2004 with the intention of investing in Bulgaria. BPD was the first company specializing in Bulgaria to be listed on AIM, the second tier market of the London Stock Exchange. BPD owns and manages properties in key location with GLA more than 60 000 sqm development projects approximately 400 000 sqm. Since 2009 BPD became part of the Tavistock group - privately held Investment Company founded by the investor Joe Lewis more than 35 years ago. Completion of a build-to-suit project for German pharmaceutical company.

2019

BDP launches construction of logistics building of 15 000 sq.m. in the heart of BPD Varna. The building expands the total built-up area of the Logistics Park to 62 000 sq.m

In 2018, BPD launched the Phase II of Logistics Park BPD Sofia East. For the second time we meet the standards of a pharmaceutical warehouse of about 4 300 sq. m.
BPD acquired a property of 30 000 sq.m. at the entrance of Bozhurishte and added a new location in Sofia - BDP Sofia West.
BPD acquired more than 200 000 sq.m. in Industrial Park Pleven as a 51% owner
